Treatments
There are three levels of treatment but none of them are intended to replace any diagnosis or treatment plan given to you by your General Practitioner.
A Professional Treatment from a Practitioner
This treatment goes much deeper into the art than the Self Help days. It involves the client lying fully clothed on a couch. The practitioner proceeds by accessing the right flow and required treatment by taking the body’s wrist pulses. Once the flow has been identified this is carried out by sequentially touching the bi-lateral points until they pulse together, in much the same way as the Self Help but it allows for a more specific treatment and the recipient to be completely relaxed in order to receive maximum benefit and healing.
If you would like a treatment, please go to the Practitioner page (here) to find a Practitioner in your area. To find out more about the kind of health imbalances that can be helped, please look at the Self Help page.
Self Help
One-day courses on how to treat yourself is given by many Practitioners throughout the world. A treatment is effective if carried out fully clothed. Once you have decided which ‘flow’ you would like to do on yourself, you would need to identify which side of your body needs the treatment by touching a pair of bi-lateral pulses on your body. As part of your course material you will be provided with Betsy’s blue booklet. This is easy to carry in a pocket or handbag and is especially useful for taking on holiday. There is an index listing over 100 common ailments that can be helped by giving yourself a treatment and it includes an easy to follow diagram of where all the points are located. By placing your hands in a specific sequence over a number of points on the body and waiting until you feel a pulse at each one, you can release the energy blockages in those areas and help bring a sense of balance back to yourself. The process is much like a jumper cable's "jump start", with the energy coming from your own hands. It can be learned and used by everyone.

Careers
If you wish to use the above on your family or friends (at a non-professional level) then it is easier to follow the directions, which are reversed in most cases, by using Betsy’s green booklet. This can be purchased separately from a tutor on Carer or Self Help days.
